About me
Welcome, I'm Kayliah Mckinnon a licensed beauty therapist and experienced Ayurvedic spa practitioner and bodyworker.
It was during my travels to south east Asia and India in my 20's, where I first became fascinated with Ayurveda and fell in love with eastern styles of massage. For me, Ayurveda became a lens in which I could better understand myself, human nature and the world around me.
Back home in Canada, I was inspired to take my Aesthetics and Spa therapy certification through the Aveda Institute. I eventually found my Ayurvedic training and mentorship of over 6 years at an acclaimed Organic Ayurvedic Spa and health centre, Sapphire Day Spa in Victoria Canada.
I'm thrilled to have landed here in New Zealand and couldn't be more excited to be sharing my gifts with the community of Tauranga & Mount Maunganui. It's been over a 10 year journey of facilitating relaxation, healing touch and the nourishment and support of bodies, minds and hearts through my holistic and intuitive approach to beauty & bodywork.
